MTV's Jersey Shore bad for our kids?

Ok, MTV's Jersey Shore is immature, has drinking, bad language, and probably doesn't send the best message to our kids.  Or does it?  Maybe this is exactly what kids need to see.  The beauty and braun doesn't mean successful.  The alcohol can make you look like a complete moron and do things you never would have before.  You know many conservatives have the panties in a bunch right now as the show is making a second appearance for Jersey Shore season two, but it doesn't make any sense.  Who cares if this stupid show goes on forever.  If you don't want your kids watching it, don't allow them to watch Mtv.  It's that simple.  Don't complain to the show, just do your job parenting your child and do it well.  After all, it's only the kids that have no repsect for their parents that end up like the kids in Jersey Shore anyway.  If anything, MTV's Jersey Shore should be a reminder to parents to parent their children!
