One step forward and two steps back seems to be the pattern emerging after years of diplomatic exchange with North Korea. What is it that will open the door to true diplomacy and understanding on the peninsula? Is it even possible when the man running the country thinks he is a god? What can be done?
If you think that no matter what the United States and other countries do or say, North Korea's people will continue to suffer as long as Kim Jong-il is their leader, vote "Agree".
If you think there is still a chance that Kim Jong-il will come around and realize that opening his country to the world and allowing more freedoms to his people is the right thing to do, vote "Disagree".
