The recent attempt to blow up a civilian airplane over metro Detroit was an act of war against our country. The bomber has since said at least 20 other men have been recruited for similar attacks against us. This is an act of war against the United States and he should be tried in military court and be interrogated by military processes and not in civilian court.
He should be tried in the courts in Texas. They would do him right here in Texas... One last thought, if he gets put to death, he becomes a martyr, that was his goal in the first place, let him get beat daily in prison for the rest of his life.

The guy wasn't evil, he was sick. Anyone that would do what he did, I'd consider to be sick. A lifetime in prison, getting beaten daily would make the system in which you seek to protect sicker than the man whom committed the crime. Not to mention we as tax payers would have to pay to keep him alive in a prison.
This guy took innocent lives, now he must forfeit his.
